Overview & Purpose

We are taking every step to make sure that we have a safe, healthy, and comfortable  work environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding. Please read  thoroughly and familiarize yourself with our new guidelines.

Before Your Appointment 

  1. If it is raining and you need to wear a jacket we will provide a space to put it in while in the salon that is disinfected between guests. Bring as few personal items  into the salon with you as possible. Each area will be disinfected before and after  your visit to ensure no risk of cross contamination. 

  2. Masks are Preferred but Optional. If you feel more comfortable that your stylist wears a mask please ask.

  3. Obviously, if you don’t feel well or have any Influenza-like symptoms please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. 

  4. Due to new protocols there will be a change in pricing. There is another 5% added into the tax on the cost of your service.

Arriving at Your Appointment

  1. You will be required to disinfect your hands upon arrival using the hand sanitizer provided. 

  2. Please note that we will not be offering any beverages.

During Your Appointment

  1. Robes and capes will be provided for you and are changed and laundered after  every use. 

  2. I will go over a few quick points with you about symptoms and comfort levels, and  then your appointment will proceed as relatively normal as possible.  

  3. If you wish to purchase any products please let your stylist know and they will  bring them to you.

For Your Safety we are Making sure we:

  1. Stay home if we shows any symptoms or have fallen ill 

  2. PPE will be worn at all times during your appointment

  3. Are certified and up to date with all health and safety protocols

  4. Provide staff with adequate time between clients for sanitation

  5. Wash / sanitize our hands and tools before and after every appointment

  6. Follow all guidelines by WorkSafeBC

 

BOOK APPOINTMENT

For All New Clients we require a $50 Deposit for All Chemical Services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Heartbreaker Salon has a 48-hour cancellation policy, if a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours there will be a $50 cancellation charge..
