CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to secure any Color or Cezanne Services we require a $50 deposit for first time customers only. Heartbreaker Salon has a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you are not feeling well and require to reschedule please call or email us ASAP. Please keep in mind that we keep the schedule open for you and late cancellation more than likely does not get filled in therefore the stylist | salon loses the opportunity to generate any income during that scheduled hours. Please be mindful of the salon and the stylist. We are in no way trying to take the $50.00 from you. Our system is also very secured so you do not have to worry about your credit card information. For any other concerns please call us. :)
